About TYS
TYS – Trend Your Style (“TYS”, “we”) at tysai.app is operated by MOHD SHADAB ALAM, Phase 2, Faiq Enclave, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh 243001, India. TYS creates AI-generated portraits from your own selfies using curated style packs.
Who can use TYS
You must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Your photos
Upload only photos of yourself. Do not upload photos of children, celebrities, public figures or anyone who has not given you clear permission. We may reject photos that break these rules.
AI-generated content
Every image created in TYS is synthetically generated by AI and carries a visible “AI-generated” label and embedded metadata with a unique ID, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended. Do not remove these labels or present TYS images as real photographs.
Prohibited use
Do not use TYS to impersonate anyone, or to create misleading, defamatory, sexual, obscene or hateful content, content involving minors, fake documents, or anything that breaks the law or someone else’s rights (including personality rights). Misuse may lead to suspension and, where the law requires, reporting to authorities.
Packs and payment
Each pack is a one-time digital purchase (₹79 for 4 HD photos, ₹149 for 8 HD photos, including GST). On the website payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets); in the Android app by Google Play. We never see or store your card or UPI details. Photos are usually delivered within a few minutes of uploading your selfies.

Licence
You may use the images you create for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media and messaging. You give us a limited licence to process your photos only to provide the service.
Reporting
You can report any image inside TYS. We act on reports and lawful orders within the time limits set by Indian law.
Disclaimer
AI results vary and may not perfectly match your appearance. TYS is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
